2. What this policy covers
This privacy policy applies to the website spontio.app, which introduces Spontio. The Spontio app at web.spontio.app and in the Spontio apps has its own privacy policy, which you find in the app and through the link below.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website runs on the operator's own server in Augsburg, Germany. Domain, DNS and the mailbox info@spontio.app are with UD Media in Germany; the website itself does not run on their servers.
When you open the website, the server processes your IP address, the time, the requested address, the response status and browser information, as is technically necessary to deliver the page to you. Error and security logs may contain this data; they are used for troubleshooting and protection against abuse and are rotated by size. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Fonts, images and all other files come from our own server; no content from third parties such as Google is loaded.
If you open spontio.app without a language in the address, the server redirects you based on the language your browser sends: German to the German page, otherwise to the English one. This information is only read for that purpose and not stored.
5. Contact by e-mail
If you write to us, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for questions about a contract. We delete the message once it is dealt with, unless legal retention obligations apply.
6. Links to the app
The buttons to the web app lead to web.spontio.app. Only there does the processing described in the app's privacy policy begin.
7. Your rights
Under the legal conditions, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). Please write to info@spontio.app.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). For private operators in Bavaria, this is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
